Getting Started

• What is Focero?Focero is a browser-based focus space that brings timers, backgrounds, audio, tasks, progress, rooms, and clock tools into one place.
• Start a focus sessionUse the main timer to start, pause, resume, reset, and move between Focus and Break without leaving your focus space.
• Choose a focus routineRoutines set the Focus and Break lengths together so you can switch between common session patterns without rebuilding the timer.

Focus & Productivity

• Use focus tasksKeep a short task list beside the timer, choose the task you are working on now, and mark work complete without opening another app.
• Review focus progressProgress shows the focus time and sessions recorded on this device, including recent sessions, weekly activity, and your current streak.

Personalization

• Change your backgroundChoose a built-in Focero background and adjust the overlay so the timer remains readable over bright or detailed scenes.
• Use your own backgroundAdd your own image, GIF, or supported video as a personal Focero background and keep that media stored on your device.
• Change the timer displayChange how time looks without changing the timer itself by choosing a display style, font, color, and visual size.
• Use fullscreenFullscreen removes extra browser chrome and gives the timer or clock more room when you want a cleaner display while studying or presenting.

Audio

• Use ambient soundsOpen Audio to play focus sounds, search the library, adjust each layer separately, and mix several sounds into one background soundscape.
• Save a SoundspaceA Soundspace saves a combination of ambient sounds and their volume levels so you can return to the same mix later on this device.
• Use music and playlistsUse the Music and Playlists tabs to add Spotify or YouTube links, or choose one of Focero’s ready-to-play focus selections.
• Set focus and break alertsChoose what Focero plays when a Focus or Break session finishes, set the alert volume, and test a sound before you use it.

Time Tools

• Use clock and time toolsFocero includes Clock, Countdown, Count Up, flip-clock, classroom, exam, and presentation-oriented time displays built on shared controls.

Focus Environments

• Use a Study RoomStudy Rooms combine Focero timing, background, audio, and display controls into ready-made environments for different focus moods.
• Use the Virtual CafeVirtual Cafe is a room-style focus experience with dedicated cafe scenes, a compact timer stage, cafe music, and a minimal fullscreen state.

My Focero

• Save a Focus SpaceA Focus Space saves a reusable combination of timing, background, audio, and display settings so you can return to the same setup later.
• Sign in and sync Focus SpacesSigning in is optional. It adds cross-device Focus Space sync while the core Focero timer, audio, background, and task features remain usable without an account.
• Share a Focus SpaceSharing creates a fixed snapshot of a Focus Space that another person can open by link without changing your original saved setup.

Widgets

• Use Focero Widgets in NotionFocero Widgets are lightweight timer and clock surfaces that can be opened directly or embedded in Notion and other iframe-compatible pages.
• Choose a Focus CompanionFocus Companions are character versions of the Pomodoro widget that keep the same simple focus flow while giving each session a distinct study buddy.

Privacy & Support

• Understand local data and privacyFocero keeps many everyday focus settings on your device and only uses account-backed cloud features where a feature such as Focus Space sync requires them.
• Troubleshoot common issuesStart with a few browser-level checks when audio, fullscreen, saved preferences, personal backgrounds, or an embedded widget is not behaving as expected.
